Sales tax, sorted — in every state you sell.
Post-Wayfair, sales tax is a 46-state jigsaw puzzle. We track nexus thresholds, handle registrations, calculate correctly, file on time, and remit accurately — so you can keep selling without a compliance headache.
Everything you need for multi-state compliance
Nexus tracking
Every state has different economic-nexus thresholds ($100k or 200 transactions is common, but not universal). We monitor your sales in real time and alert you before you cross a threshold.
Registrations
Once you cross a threshold, we register you in that state, obtain your sales tax permit, and set up filings — usually within 5 business days.
Rate calculations
Over 13,000 US sales tax jurisdictions. We integrate with your platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, BigCommerce) to charge the correct rate at checkout.
Monthly & quarterly filings
Filed on time in every state, every filing period. We handle prepayments, discounts for timely filing, and marketplace facilitator adjustments (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart).
Remittances
We remit collected tax directly to each state, on time, with zero late-payment penalties. Payment reminders and cash-flow forecasts included.
Audit defense
If a state auditor comes knocking, we respond on your behalf with clean records and documented compliance history.

Frequently asked questions
Do I really need to register in every state I sell in?
Not every state — only states where you have "nexus." Nexus is triggered either by physical presence (inventory, office, employees) or by exceeding a state's economic-nexus threshold (typically $100k or 200 transactions per year). We track this for you.
What if I've been non-compliant for years?
Very common — post-Wayfair (2018) many sellers are behind. We can pursue a Voluntary Disclosure Agreement (VDA) with each state, which typically waives penalties and limits back tax to 3–4 years instead of the full look-back period.
Do marketplaces like Amazon collect for me?
Yes, in most states — this is called "marketplace facilitator" collection. But you may still owe filings even when Amazon collects, and if you sell off-Amazon too, those direct sales are your responsibility.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on how many states you file in and your monthly transaction volume. Starts at $99/state/month. Free nexus review before you commit.
